3330 asked: quick question revolving around AC3 (not sure if spoilers or not) just want another opinion and who better then acfans to give it. So we all know that the game follows Desmond's ancestors and in the beginning of AC3 you start as Haytham so does that mean at some point in time Desmond's family became Templars or am I over thinking things?

Anyway, to answer your question I think the answer to your question would be yes a bit of Desmond’s lineage does include the Templars, considering Haytham was one. It makes me wonder if this will play some relevance to the Abstergo agent in ACIV: Black Flag.
