I hate the way they wrote off Malik and Maria in Revelations. Both were amazing characters and played a large role in Altair’s maturity as a Master, yet they died ignomously and completely out of character. I wish we could have seen them longer.

^^^I would have to agree. I think they were better handled in the Oliver Bowden novel The Secret Crusade, but the memories in Revelations hardly included Maria and didn’t even include Malik.
